About Turkuaz® Midtown West
Turkuaz® has served authentic Turkish cuisine in New York since 1999. We moved to our Midtown West home at 310 West 53rd Street in 2019 — steps from Broadway, the Theater District, and Columbus Circle. The kitchen is 100% halal, and our charcoal-grilled Adana and shish kebabs are made with fresh Colorado lamb. Expect hand-prepared meze, slow-cooked Ottoman stews, hand-rolled pide, and a wine list built to drink with smoke and yogurt.
